Technical Delivery Representative

OurTechnical Delivery Management department has a key role in onboarding new customers, and you will be part of it! Youwill ensure the timely delivery of our products and services to smaller customers and will get them through all necessary steps. You are strong in setting up positive, lasting business relationships with the internal and external parties involved.

This position is based in our HQ inAmsterdamand Haarlem,and you will be reporting to theTeam Manager.

What is the role about?

• Responsible to handle orders first timeright andchecks and controls the delivery process.
• You set delivery goals,priorities,and schedules in such a way that the customer is more than satisfied.
• Collates and verifies all relevant order information to ensureaaccurate and timely delivery.
• You are a star in mitigating issues and understand possible risks and can drive improvements in process and customer satisfaction related to delivery.
• You monitor inventory orders and can make inventory projectionas.

What we’re looking for:

• Working knowledge ofdeliveringexcellent customer service
• Understandingof SAP and ideally, working in IT before.
• ITIL knowledge
• 4+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Focus on quality, process andproblem-solvingis your first nature
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English
