Technical Project Manager - R&D

Mecademic develops compact, precise, and innovative robotic automation solutions for the electronics and life sciences sectors. Our ultra-compact robotic arms are used worldwide by OEMs, system integrators, and end-users for tasks requiring precision and reliability in automation.

Your Role

Strategic Implementation and Continuous Improvement:

• Design and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools adapted to the R&D technical environment.

• Establish a rigorous work discipline to ensure traceability and constant alignment with strategic objectives.

• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and fuel a process of continuous improvement.

• Act as a change agent by guiding the adoption of new practices within the teams.

Operational Coordination and Project Management:

• Lead the complete project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely deliverables and the achievement of strategic goals.

• Rigorously monitor projects by proactively managing costs and schedules.

• Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables, while proactively anticipating and managing risks to minimize obstacles.

• Maintain project agility to allow for quick adjustments to changes in priorities or constraints.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the engineering, product, and operations teams, acting as a main point of contact for work organization.

• Be a driver of collaboration by fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.

• Resolve roadblocks to maintain project progress.
