Your new role will be
As our newest Technical Sales Representative – Oil-Free Air Division, you will enjoy managing your own sales territory while being responsible for reaching your sales targets in terms of volume, revenues, gross profit generation, and market development for our equipment products.
You will represent Atlas Copco and focus on the sales of our air compressors and compressed air systems from our Oil-Free Air product line, all while building and maintaining strong relations with new and existing customers in your territory.
The candidate can be based anywhere in Ontario and will travel frequently to customer sites around their designated territory.
The main activities you’ll take care of
Maximizing the sales of all available Oil-Free Air products to our current and new customers through consistent sale prospecting activities focused towards your assigned marketEnsuring that related sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation while giving due attention to highest price realizationIncreasing market share in your assigned territory through an efficient sales process and increased market coverageEnsuring proper & professional follow-up of customers and prospects and coordination with distributors operating within your assigned territoryGathering information about the market potential, competitor’s activities, new applications and constantly reporting these to the immediate managerEnsuring an up-to-date knowledge of products by attending product trainings or using the internal Learning DatabaseEnsuring all calls, visits, quotes and other required prospecting details are recorded in internal CRM platform on a frequent basisPromoting, respecting and committing to Atlas Copco’s company rules and policiesWhat you can expect from us

Your ability to work autonomously without relying on others, while also demonstrating an ability to collaborate in teamsYour strong interpersonal skills that allow you to easily form relations with others to lead negotiations and close ordersYou have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in the sales of industrial equipment or in a similar roleYour previous experience using a CRM systemYour ability to use computer systems fluidly such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams Your valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstractA bachelor's degree in Engineering would be a strong asset
