Job - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service



Branch office: Brossard -Brossard Quebec J4Y 2P3

As soon as possibleSchedule: Monday to Friday (Day)

Salary: 40 001$ - 50 000$

Description:

Responsibilities:

Member ofthe service and equipment director's team, the technical service representativeperforms all of the following functions:

  • Be responsible for entering service calls nationally;
  • Perform the necessary diagnostics and/or evaluations related to parts and after-sales service communicated with technicians and representatives;
  • Address issues raised by customers to determine the nature and cause of these problems;
  • Advise suppliers, customers and company employees of policies relating to warranties and merchandise returns;
  • Access a database of prices and customers to ensure the effectiveness of the service;
  • Maintain a level of knowledge regarding the parts and functions of the equipment;
  • Participate in training and launches of new equipment;


Requirements:

To perform well, you must:

  • Bilinguism (French and English), oral and written;
  • Aptitude for mechanics, electromechanics and electricity;
  • Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor (an asset);
  • Good communication skills and telephone customer service skills;
  • Good sense of organization, both in the working method and in the management of one's time;
  • Respectful and customer-oriented;
  • General knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office suite);
