Technical Skills Analyst  

You research to understand client requirements and communicate precisely to convey those to prospective
professionals. You have a knack to understand people and to appreciate their
strengths as well as their need for improvement.  You work like a detective to look constantly for the top talent in a dynamic market. Your responsibilities may include:

o   Develop
sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using
resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective
candidates.

o   Sourcing
high -caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums and
sourcing methodologies.

o   Work
with our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring
strategies for multiple skill sets.

o   Work
effectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking and
referrals.

o   Strategize
different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research,
referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.

o  A fast
learner with high interest in new and emerging technologies and their business
applications

Requirements

o   College
or university degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Human
Resources, or Psychology.

o   Ability
to conduct online or in -person interviews technical.

o   Familiarity
with social media and professional networks.

o   Excellent
communication and social skills.
