This position is based at our Edmonton, AB facility and offers benefits from day one. \n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $75000 - $94000 a year plus bonus. \n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nIn this role you will support customers and channel partners on assigned product lines. You will be responsible for accurate specification interpretation, quotation generation, technical support, and timely communication with customers, channel partners and manufacturing personnel. You will identify opportunities, provide solutions and ensure follow-through to meet customer expectations. You will utilize a combination of technical knowledge and process tools to achieve goals while delivering customer solutions and developing strong relationships. \n \nCustomer Support \u2013 Provide technical support on electrical products, assemblies and services to customers and channel partners, including application and pricing assistance. Assist team members and channel partners on opportunity identification, quotation, order entry, production tracking and shipping. \n \nCollaboration \u2013 Support team members with quotation follow-up and competitive activity reporting. Work with internal teams to communicate and understand product applications and pricing strategies. \n \nCustomer Relationships \u2013 Build relationships with customers, channel partners and internal personnel to enhance long term business growth. Prepare proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timeline expectations. Partner with channel to create focus and enhance market reputation. \n \nDigital Tools \u2013 Use pricing and process tools to complete competitive professional quotations.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Required Qualifications: \n\u2022 Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Technologist or Bachelor\u0027s Degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution or 309A Red Seal Electrician Ticket \n\u2022 Must be authorized to work in in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future \n \nPreferred Requirements: \n\u2022 Professional Engineering licence (P.
