You’ll play a key role in translating architectural direction into concrete implementations, working closely with Technical Engagement Managers and customer teams to ensure every solution is robust, scalable, and built for real-world performance.

As our Technical Success Architect, you will:

• Design end-to-end integration and data architectures across complex enterprise ecosystems


• Define data flows, indexing strategies, and system interactions to support scalable solutions


• Translate approved architectural direction into detailed technical designs and reference architectures


• Establish reusable patterns and best practices that accelerate scalable deployments


• Validate production readiness, ensuring performance, resilience, and scalability


• Partner with customer IT and engineering teams to drive technical alignment and successful implementation

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, distributed systems, or integrations


• Strong expertise in data modeling, application programming interfaces (API), and enterprise system design


• Ability to translate business and architectural intent into concrete technical implementations


• Experience working with customer engineering teams in production environments
