We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team for a 12-month term. Reporting to the Supervisor, Technology Support, the successful candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills along with a passion for learning. This position is based in Calgary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely response and resolution to service desk inquiries that may originate from service requests, incidents, voicemail, and in-person requests
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues ranging from desktop hardware to desktop applications by leveraging available resources including knowledge base, team members, research, etc.
  • Log all service requests, incidents, and accompanying detail in ServiceNow, ARC's service management software
  • Ensure problem resolution and knowledge base documentation is maintained
  • Perform desktop operating system deployments using Microsoft SCCM and InTune
  • Potential for travel to field locations

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC:

  • Preference given to a candidate with an Information Technology related bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly OneDrive for Business, Azure Multifactor Authentication, and Windows Hello for Business
  • Experience supporting SAP applications including SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba (Sourcing and Contracts modules) and SuccessFactors
  • Good understanding of security and authorization on Fiori would be a benefit
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting oil and gas industry applications including, but not limited to, GeoScout, ProdView, WellView, Qbyte FM, Qbyte Metrix, CS Explorer, and AFE Navigator
  • Experience with ServiceNow, mobile devices, SharePoint online, and networking concepts
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated work environment.
  • Ability and desire to multi-task and context switch to meet rapidly changing demands
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Strong communication, organization, customer service and problem-solving skills
