Job Description

Technical Support Specialist – Security Systems provides first-line technical support for electronic security systems including IP security cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), access control systems, and network switches. The position requires fluency in both English and French to support bilingual customers and stakeholders. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Physical and Mental Requirements: 

The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position. Work is generally sedentary in nature.
