Technicien en Pneus Tire Technician

À titre de technicien(ne) en pneus, vous contribuerez aux activités quotidiennes de l’atelier en effectuant l’installation, la réparation et l’entretien des pneus, tout en aidant à assurer le bon déroulement des opérations. Il s’agit d’un poste temporaire offrant des heures à temps plein ou à temps partiel pendant toute la durée du contrat. Vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui accorde une grande importance à la sécurité, à la collaboration et à la qualité du travail accompli. 

Responsabilités 

• Installer, démonter, permuter, équilibrer et réparer des pneus
• Utiliser de façon sécuritaire les équipements et outils de service de pneus
• Inspecter les pneus et les véhicules afin de déterminer les services requis
• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire
• Respecter toutes les procédures de sécurité et porter l’équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) en tout temps
• Collaborer avec l’équipe afin d’assurer l’efficacité des opérations et le respect des échéanciers

Compétences et Qualifications

• Une expérience ou une formation antérieure comme technicien(ne) en pneus ou dans le domaine automobile est un atout
• Permis de conduire valide
• Capacité à soulever de façon répétée des charges de 30 à 50 lb et à demeurer actif tout au long du quart de travail
• Grande attention aux détails et sens des responsabilités
• Esprit d’équipe et approche axée sur la sécurité
• Aisance à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme rapide

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times
• Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule

Requirements

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
