Technology Systems Assistant

Clearview Public Schools invites applications for a Technology Systems Analyst position at the Central Services office in Stettler, AB. The successful candidate will be required to work seven (7) hours/day starting at 8:30 am and ending at 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position starts August 19, 2024.

This position is ideal for an individual that takes pride in working in a learning environment focused on student success. We are looking for a welcoming, positive and professional individual to join our Central Services team that is dependable, detailed-focused, and collaborative, as well as having a thorough and robust understanding of networks, software and hardware.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install and monitor windows servers and virtual server environments Install, maintain and repair computer network and other approved equipment including Chromebooks, SMART technologies, printers, and security cameras; maintain and support for division standard business and educational software; provide support to Division schools for technologies implemented in them; and keep updated on changes in technology that relate to the division.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between $57,656 to $64,821 per year inclusive of vacation pay and statutory holiday pay as per the Central Services Salary Grid.
