Terminal Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking experienced Terminal Manager to oversee the daily operations of their freight terminal. As a Terminal Manager, you'll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient freight handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily terminal operations, including freight handling, storage, and transportation.

-  Supervise and manage terminal staff, including drivers, handlers, and administrative personnel.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

- Manage inventory levels, track freight movements, and optimize storage capacity.

Requirements:

-  3+ years of experience in terminal management or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

-  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-  OSHA certification, forklift operator certification, or other relevant certifications.
