• Execute test cases, log results, and report findings.
• Identify and document defects found during testing using bug tracking systems.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test case coverage.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining the traceability matrix.
• Create and maintain a regression test suite for each production cycle.
• Identify and effectively utilize relevant testing tools during test execution.
• Assist in end-to-end testing of software applications.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of software changes and update test cases accordingly.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to testing, and a proactive attitude towards keeping test cases and processes up-to-date with software changes.

• Proficiency in executing test cases and reporting results.
• Experience with bug tracking systems for documenting defects.
• Ability to read and understand BRDs and translate requirements into test cases.
• Knowledge of maintaining traceability matrices.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining regression test suites.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and their effective application.
• Experience with end-to-end software testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to update test cases in line with software changes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team
• Work hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week
• Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year
