Tester

Perform other testing functions involved in quality assurance by checking the continuity of wiring (buzz), visually checking components, mechanically inspecting units, checking for consistency, applying labels, completing checklists, and performing dielectric tests. Provide technical support to colleagues by troubleshooting as required, communicating, clarifying, and solving intermediate issues with production assembly, marketing, and manufacturing information (MI), seeking assistance from senior testers as needed. Must have completed a post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field. 3-5 years' experience in an electrical testing environment is ideal. Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing processes and Six Sigma tools.
