Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Tim Hortons & Market Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role $23/hr. 

During your mandate, you will be asked to supervise the sales and perform cashiering duties. You will be responsible for supervising the Tim Hortons and Market retail units and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all customers by focusing on employee training, performance management and leadership. You will also manage schedules ensuring they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.

You will be asked to guide staff in a productive and efficient manner by ensuring service delivery and standards are met.  Ensure that employees comply with all company and local government rules, policies and regulations regarding health safety, food safety and fire and hazard safety. You will also have to carefully prepare and review all equipment for daily activities, maintain proper inventory, assist with inventory management and any other related duties that may be requested.

You must respect the highest standards of hygiene, work effectively under pressure and be able to anticipate and solve problems. Tim Hortons experience is required.
