Kal Tire is hiring Tire Retread Technicians to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work and takes pride in consistent results.

What You’ll Do

• Work on your feet using tools and machines to repair and retread tires.
• Follow a step-by-step process (inspect, buff, prep, finish).
• Perform repetitive, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow strict safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time day shifts.
• Paid Training 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
• Permanent Schedule 9:00 am- 5:30 pm 
• No Shift Rotation.
• Sunday's and Holiday's off.
• Overtime available during peak seasons.

Requirements:

• Experience with tools or physical work (manufacturing, labour, mechanical, etc.).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
