Compensation Range


$68,000-78,000k plus bonus


*The posted salary range is typical for this position. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. 



Hybrid: 3 days in office + 2 days WFH

The Opportunity 


Fittes’ Trades Program is a growing channel connecting contractors, home builders, and trades professionals directly to our products — and right now, it doesn’t have a dedicated point person. That’s where you come in.


As Trades Program Coordinator, you’ll own the full member experience: the first call, the qualification, the onboarding, the training, and the relationship that keeps them coming back. You’ll be on the phone and in front of accounts most of your day, building trust with trades professionals who don’t change their process for just anyone — and turning that trust into program growth.


You’ll have real ownership from day one: your own pipeline, your own priorities, your own calls to make on which leads matter most. Since 2016, Fittes has grown by bringing something tangible — and patented — to market. This role is your chance to build the trades channel’s reputation as it scales.


We want someone who treats a growing pipeline as a puzzle to be solved, not a queue to be worked through — who builds the process for triaging leads and flagging anomalies rather than waiting to be handed one.




What you’ll be doing:



  • Owning the full experience for the trades program — first contact, discovery, qualification, onboarding, tailoring recommendation and upselling

  • Running proactive outbound outreach to identify and pre-qualify trades leads (contractors, home builders, HVAC and related trades)

  • Growing channel revenue and meeting sales targets

  • Carrying a high volume of discovery calls, training sessions, and relationship check-ins without letting quality slip

  • Following up consistently with inactive members instead of letting them go quiet

  • Delivering adapted product training to B2B accounts alongside Regional and National Account Managers

  • Keeping the CRM pipeline clean and current — logging calls, updating status, tracking conversion — so nobody has to chase you for it

  • Prioritizing leads based on data: spotting high-value prospects and anomalies, and acting on them before you’re told to

  • Reporting on program revenue, membership growth, conversion, call volume, and retention

  • Representing Fittes as the trusted partner-of-choice for trades professionals




You’re a good fit if you:



  • Have 4–6 years in a customer-facing, sales-adjacent role — retail floor, pro desk, call centre, CX support, business development, or inside sales

    • Or have 1–2 years in a trades-adjacent role plus broader CX or sales experience



  • Have managed a high volume of customer interactions — calls, inquiries, follow-ups — without things falling through the cracks

  • Can build genuine trust quickly, including with people who are skeptical of changing how they do things

  • Are an effective communicator

  • Are comfortable in a scrappy start-up environment where resourcefulness is key and you know you will make mistakes to learn from 

  • Live for organization and finding better ways to do things

  • Take pride and pleasure in producing high quality work

  • Like to have fun (we take our customer experience seriously, but not ourselves)



Tech stack



  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Gorgias or equivalent [Zendesk, etc]

  • Shopify

  • Google Suite 

  • Virtual presentation facilitation [Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, etc]
