Traffic Coordinator

• Receiving and processing customer releases.

• Use the ERP system and customer portals for shipping and receiving functions.

• Participate in rotating coverage outside of regular working hours and back up coverage for absences and vacations.

• Identify and address order discrepancies and manage customer shipping schedules.

• Communicate with all stake holders (internal and external) regarding potential or actual short shipments.

• Prepare accurate and timely invoicing / paperwork, enter customer orders/ spot PO’s, create and track on time Advanced Shipping Notices (A.S.N.s), Create voiding invoices.

• Create accurate bar code labels/ information and obtaining customer approval.

• Respond promptly and accurately to online inventory systems.

• Ensure receiving advice are received from the customer.

• Maintain proper supply, tracking, and maintain the accuracy of customer systems (portals) of returnable containers.

• Assist with customer forecasting as needed.

• Monitor changes and communicate any customer demand changes.

• Research and resolve customer concerns, acting as liaison between the customer and Multimatic.

• Process accurate customs documentation including certs, regulatory paperwork, and other.

• Make payment advice, create EDI invoices, and follow customer standards.

• Work in a safe manner at all times.

• Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts and participate in related activities.

• Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
