We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering or Master of Engineering from a University or Engineering School,

  • Member of OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec),

  • Team management experience of 3+ years,

  • Experience or understanding of train engineering and train development projects,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to manage workload and capacity planning for a team,

  • Structured and organized with a hands-on approach,

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills,

  • Fluent in French and English.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines,

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues,

  • Work with experienced Train Project Managers, Engineers, and multidisciplinary teams across Engineering Metiers (TS, TD, TC, TE, RAMS, Validation, and more),

  • Progress towards becoming a key contributor to the continuous improvement of Train System Metier practices and methodologies.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
