Are you an experienced transport specialist looking for exciting new challenges? Our dynamic and growing transport team is ready to welcome you! We are engaged in ambitious projects to better meet the increasing needs of our company.

Who are we?

Our team plays a key role in managing and optimizing transportation and customs for all divisions of UAP. You will join a collaborative environment where every voice matters and innovation is at the heart of what we do.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Strategically and operationally manage transportation to ensure high-performance service.
• Negotiate agreements with carriers and propose solutions to optimize costs.
• Support and assist our internal clients by addressing their operational needs and participating in special projects.
• Handle transportation-related administrative follow-up, including document management and invoice verification.
• Be a key player in our succession plan, with opportunities to advance toward a transport department manager role.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of carriers and routes across Canada and the United States.
• Mastery of transportation regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written. In this position, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
