Role & Responsibilities

You will join our newly formed team of Travel Consultants in Montréal, supporting our North American clients and events. On a day-to-day basis you will:

Gather the Air & Train travel needs of event participants
Book individual and group tickets (Air and Train)
Manage individual travelers’ requests: customized routes, booking options, changes and cancellations
Contribute to the development of in-house processes, tools and functionalities, with a strong focus on automating repetitive tasks (AI-powered workflows, booking automation)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Product teams
Recruit, onboard and train new joiners as the team grows

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: 17 CAD/hour

Candidate profile

You are the ideal candidate if:

You hold a valid Canadian work permit (mandatory)
You are fluent in French; English and any other language are a big plus
You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
You are very well organized and pay attention to detail
You are curious about AI and automation tools and keen to use them in your daily work
