About the role. 

We are currently seeking a Truck Driver for the harvest season at our Farm of the Future location in Florenceville, New Brunswick. In this temporary seasonal position, you will support the farm’s harvest operations by operating trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently. 

This role requires flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and some Saturdays, based on harvest and operational needs. 

What you’ll be doing. 

• Assist with harvest activities and other seasonal farm requirements. 

• Operate trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently. 

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements. 

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other employees in a fast-paced seasonal environment. 

• Adapt to changing operational needs throughout the harvest season. 

• Work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and some Saturdays, as required. 

What you’ll need to be successful. 

• Valid Class 3E driver’s license required; Class 1 driver’s license is an asset.  


• Ability to operate a manual transmission. 

• Ability to work well with supervisors and other employees. 

• Team-oriented approach with an excellent attendance record. 

• Highly motivated and observant, with strong initiative and a positive attitude. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change as it occurs. 

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. 

• Strong safety record and a demonstrated safety-first approach at all times.

Compensation Package: Starting at $25.13 CAD hourly.

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
