Truck Mechanic

Our client located in the Bolton, ON area is looking for Experienced Journeyman Truck or Automotive Mechanics to maintain their fleet of diesel trucks and equipment. Technicians should have previous experience repairing and maintaining light/medium duty trucks, automotive vehicles and small construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on all vehicles and equipment.
  
• Diagnose and trouble shoot engine, electrical and hydraulic issues on all company vehicles.
  
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are operational to minimize any down time.
  
• Maintaining all documentation.
  
• Perform annual safety inspections.
  
• Monitor and maintain parts inventory.
  

Requirement:

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions/faults
  
• Must have Journeyman 310T or 310S Certification
  
• Must have your own tools
  
• Must have basic computer skill
  
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract
  

Compensation:
$25.00 – 35.00/hourly, wage range varies based on experience, certification and qualification.

Shift:

Days, 7:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday).
