We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating practical and seamless experiences on digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient at each stage of the design process, with a strong focus on customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions driven by user needs, market trends, and platform graphics standards.
● Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
● Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user friendliness.
● Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
● Collaborate with Product Marketing to facilitate and conduct research and analysis with end-users and key stakeholders, including customer surveys, usability tests, and competitive research.
● Monitor UI/UX products and market trends to continually improve the product.
● Guide and participate in design reviews to maintain high standards for all components and documentation.
● Develop processes to ensure the quality of design components and patterns.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of relevant user research experience in a tech or product-driven company, focusing on digital experiences.
● Expertise in tools such as XD, Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
● Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
● Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
● Experience working in Jira and familiarity with Agile UX methodologies and A/B testing.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
● Creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX research methodologies
