UI/UX Designer Mid-Level

Position Overview: 

We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer with excellent UI chops to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is growth-oriented, passionate about product and visual design, and who is not afraid to advocate for the user experience (while of course being able to balance the needs of the businesses we deliver for).

You have a deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX/UI process and a proven track record in a similar position, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, product management, engineering and design to ship experiences that are functional and outstanding.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Product Designer or similar UI/UX design position.
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX/UI process.
• Strong knowledge of design practices for web and mobile applications, including information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design.
• Extensive experience with Figma is preferred, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in visual communication, including knowledge of layers, colors, typography, icons, images, and design theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Active communication with the client in order to understand their vision and turning it into design.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• A portfolio of high-quality work that shows you directly contributed to the success of high-impact projects that have benefited end-users

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure designs follow best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and visual communication.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure designs are implemented accurately by the development team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback to and from team members.
• Communicate design concepts and present your work effectively to stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience with Agile work methodologies.
• Experience working in a software development agency.
• Experience with interactive design.
