Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is limited access to our office. This position will be performed remotely.

Summary

In this role, you will develop your expertise, work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the UKG Pro applications for our clients. You will also contribute to develop the skills of the team through coaching. Responsibilities :

• Manage the project solution approach and complete project life cycle


• Perform business analysis including discovery sessions and solution design


• Act as the client's main point of contact during implementations


• Be the "go-to" person providing support with reporting, development, training and product services


• Configure the solution according to client requirements


• Execute the required tests to assure system accuracy


• Drive the development of functional and systems specifications (reports, interfaces, conversion, etc.)


• Support clients to ensure the thorough and accurate testing of the solutions provided


• Drive the development of functional and systems specifications (reports, interfaces, conversion, etc.)


• Train users and provide the required training support collateral


• Support clients to obtain sign off on completed implementation deliverables


• Support system post go-live to assure stability in delivery


• As a consultant, you will also collaborate in preparing offers of services to potential clients and participate in mentoring and developing team members when necessary

What you will need to succeed : 

• 3 or more years of experience implementing HRIS/Payroll, Benefits and/or Tatent solutions


• Certified or accredited UKG Pro consultant 


• UKGPro (Ultipro) systems configuration experience


• Additional relevant certifications and expertise preferred (APA, CPA, SHRM, IHRIM, CPP, FPC, etc.)


• Experience with HCM system implementations/process and the Paragon methodology


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage with clients and vendors during projects and implementations


• Comfortable with remote work and travel (usually 25-30%)


• Strong ability for understanding and analyzing HCM and Payroll management processes


• Be customer centric


• Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous assignments


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT related field
