What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations of the underground quarry to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Managing and training quarry staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes to meet targets.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.

Work Environment

• Fly in/out arrangements are not accommodated for this role.
• Primarily underground quarry setting.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
