UPI Gas Bar Supervisor - Central Ontario FS - Plantagenet, ON

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

If you enjoy taking great care of customers and don’t mind being out in all kinds of weather, then we can’t wait to talk to you!  We are looking for a Gas Bar Supervisor to be responsible for the achievement of planned sales and gross margin results, as well as image and housekeeping standards within a safe and secure working environment.

In this role you will:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the gas station.


• Manage staff and assigned duties.


• Hire, train and develop high caliber staff.


• Create and maintain employee schedules.


• Review and maintain inventory.


• Perform attendant duties when necessary, including pumping gas, filling propane tanks and washing windshields.


• Clean and perform maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors.


• Resolve customer and employee issues.

We will provide the necessary training and certifications to help you to be successful.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to reach its goals.


• Fluent in written and oral French and English.


• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control techniques.


• Valid driver’s license.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Adaptable to work in all kinds of weather conditions.


• Exceptional conflict resolution.


• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
