URGENT HIRE: Traffic Control/Flagger

Location: Banff, AB (Mountain Avenue Road – Parks Canada Project)

Fast Labour Solutions is seeking two Traffic Accommodation Flaggers to support a Parks Canada project in Banff. This role is responsible for safely directing traffic through active work zones and ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control traffic through construction zones.
• Use stop/slow paddles, radios, and traffic control devices.
• Maintain safe traffic flow and communicate with crew members.
• Follow all site safety procedures and report hazards

• Previous flagging or traffic control experience is an asset.
• TCP/Flagger certification required. (Course offered through Fast Labour Solutions)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to job site.

Hours: Average 10–12 hour shifts (hours may vary).
