Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Used Car Sales Manager to assist our Domestic Brand locations in the GTA.
Apply to this position if you:
·Have experience in a Sales Manager's role in a dealership environment.
·Have a valid OMVIC certification.
·Have a valid G license, in good standing.
Responsibilities:
·Supervise, direct and lead the used car department.
·Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
·Desk vehicle sales deals.
·Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery.
·Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.
·Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs.
·Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.
·Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed.
Skills & Experience:
·Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
·Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
·Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
·Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
·Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
·Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
·Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
·Valid OMVIC License
