User Experience (UX) Designer II

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for aUser Experience (UX) Designer II to fill a 12-month contract located in Toronto.This is an excellent opportunity for an User Experience (UX) Designer II with a financial services background

As an User Experience (UX) Designer II your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Directly involved in the creation of complicated, interesting interactive experiences.

• Participating in design review sessions with project teams to reach agreement and approval on designs and documentation.

• Discussing the newest technologies and ideas for effective and aesthetically pleasing web design with other UI designers on a regular basis.

Qualifications required for the User Experience (UX) Designer II position include:

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working asa UI/web designer, on a range of different types of projects
• Minimum 3 years experience working on complex web projects with medium to large-sized teams
• Excellent skills in designing for different screen breakpoints (responsive & adaptive)
• Strong design portfolio
