Salary Range: $26.53 per hour

As our next Utilities Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining facility operations by supporting cleaning, maintenance, and utilities-related activities across the plant. Your expertise in facility maintenance and general operations will be essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain cleanliness of plant areas, equipment, and warehouse spaces
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on utilities and facility equipment
• Install, clean, and maintain facility components such as fans and flooring
• Support maintenance and facility-related projects and tasks
• Coordinate and communicate project updates and results
• Purchase and manage materials, parts, and cleaning supplies
• Restore and maintain equipment in safe and operational condition
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment
• Participate in spill response and safety-related activities
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management and EHS standards
• Support continuous improvement (5S, CI) initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting (35+ lbs)
• Ability to work in varying conditions (heat, dust, slippery surfaces)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Forklift certification
• Propane handling certification
• Training in confined space entry and working at heights
• Experience transporting dangerous goods
• Experience operating lifts (Skyjack, Genie Boom, etc.)
