As the Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the UX Research Services arm of Conversion, by serving as the frontline in lead generation and relationship-building. This is the first Sales role at the company dedicated to UX Research solely, offering a unique challenge and opportunity to be highly impactful to the business.
Reporting into the VP of Growth, and working closely with the Director of UX Research, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers, you'll be the driving force in lead generation and building relationships that set the stage for success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation for a successful career in sales while contributing to the long term goals and vision at Conversion.

Pay range - The typical hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually which includes both base salary and performance-based bonus components. The exact mix between base and bonus will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
