UX/UI Designer (LATAM)

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer who is creative, passionate and collaborative to join our growing Product team. This role is a fully-remote opportunity. 

The Role

In this role you will use your design and coding skills to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative products. From research and design to prototyping, from implementation to testing, you will collaborate closely with your talented team members to be involved every step of the way. Your influence will extend beyond just your team, as you will have the opportunity to present your ideas and work company-wide to engage in constructive discussions and gather feedback. 

The Right Candidate

• You have previous experience in UX & UI design

• You are familiar with HTML, CSS, and responsive design 

• You are confident using Figma, or other prototyping tools

• You possess fluent English language skills in both verbal and written formats (C1 minimum)

• You can prioritize tasks and re-prioritize those tasks as your workload shifts

• You can work independently with minimal supervision and are confident enough to reach out for support and help when needed

• You are comfortable presenting your work in front of a group and appreciate collaboration and feedback

• In addition, the following would be considered an asset to the company:

  • You have an understanding of Javascript and React

  • You have experience in, or knowledge of, accessible design principles

  • You have previous experience with SaaS products

  • You have past experience working with design systems and component libraries
