VeriLoan Quality Assurance Analyst

Temporary Full-Time (approx. 12 months)

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team! This role is integral to the success of our VeriLoan platform, providing dedicated quality assurance, business analysis, and product support throughout the software development lifecycle. The Quality Assurance Analyst works closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and end users to ensure system quality, regulatory compliance, and strong user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Quality Assurance & Testing: Design, create, and maintain test plans and test scripts; execute manual and/or automated tests; conduct sanity checks and regression testing; validate functionality, identify defects, and coordinate resolution with development teams.

  Business Analysis & Requirements: Gather and analyze business requirements; translate business needs into clear functional requirements; support solution validation to ensure system outcomes align with business objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Vendor & Workflow Alignment: Work with the vendor to map business processes to system workflows and ensure configurations, enhancements, and releases meet operational and regulatory requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system understanding, adoption, and ongoing changes.

  
  


• 
  

  Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle and that solutions align with business, compliance, and operational needs.

  Issue Resolution & Support: Assist in troubleshooting system issues, investigate root causes, and support end users by providing timely, accurate solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Change Management & Adoption: Participate in change management activities, including end‑user support, testing of new features or enhancements, and feedback collection to ensure smooth transitions.

  
  


• 
  

  Continuous Improvement: Aggregate user feedback and enhancement requests; contribute insights to system improvements, platform roadmap considerations, and testing best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Risk & Compliance Awareness: Assess risk in daily work, ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and support adherence to applicable regulatory and data security requirements.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s degree) in Computer Science or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and/or business analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks

  
  


• 
  

  Experience creating and executing test plans, scripts, and regression testing cycles

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with loan origination system (LOS) implementations is a strong asset

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with QA methodologies and best practices

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
