London Regional Veterinary Emergency & Referral Hospital welcomes a Customer Service Representative, Veterinary Reception, to join our team in London, Ontario.  This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!  

What You Will Do

• Creating a Warm Welcome: Greeting our patients and pet parents with empathy and care, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated from the moment they walk in.
• Managing Hospital Communication:  Serving as our front-line voice by answering multi-line phones and managing client and referring veterinarian emails.
• Handling Financial Transactions: Guiding pet owners through the invoicing and billing process with clarity and compassion, confirming estimates, and processing payments.
• Maintaining a Comforting Space: Keeping our reception lobby and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming for both pets and their families.
• A Calm Presence: The ability to remain composed, focused, and positive during busy triage and high-energy emergency situations is key to keeping both our patients and our team feeling safe.
• Schedule availability: Flexible for days, late nights, weekends and holidays as needed for team support.
