Vice President, Construction

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, business development, and project management.

Duties:

- Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion
- Lead and manage the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategic plans for construction operations
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management to align construction activities with overall company goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in business development and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
