Your role :

• Receive merchandise.


• Process receipts in the eXtend system and code bills of lading according to the appropriate GL.


• bills of lading.


• Provide shuttle service to the service department.


• Greet and serve customers and mechanics at the counter.


• Prepare, pack and package shipments.


• Process shipments according to instructions (charge freight to appropriate GL, record freight charges and
  freight charges and bill of lading numbers).


• Prepare transfers and consolidate shipments to branches.


• Re-inventory merchandise from suppliers and branches (stock order).


• Ensure the cleanliness of the premises (workstations, warehouse, building surroundings) and clean up.


• Any other related duties as requested by supervisor.


• Drive forklift safely.


• Comply with company health and safety regulations.

What you bring :

• High School Degree with a minimum of one year experience is an asset.


• Experience with a forklift is an asset.


• Detail-oriented and highly organized.


• Good computer skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
