Job Description - Warehouse Coordinator

Summary


We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Warehouse Coordinator who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic yard and shop environment. If you're someone who can maintain equipment and facilities, stay on top of inventory accuracy, and handle shipping and receiving with confidence, we'd be thrilled to hear from you.

 


Roles & Responsibilities 



  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the shop and yard, including snow removal and general site maintenance. 

  • Support and promote Titan’s commitment to safety and Core Values, including assisting with yard safety program initiatives. 

  • Perform routine building and equipment maintenance; coordinate servicing for trucks and trailers as required. 

  • Maintain proper insurance, registrations, and compliance documentation for company vehicles and trailers. 

  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring accurate records in Excel and the company ERP system. 

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain inventory accuracy. 

  • Receive, ship, and verify materials by matching packing slips to purchase orders and processing orders in the ERP system. 

  • Assist with equipment assembly, preparation for installation projects, and cleaning of equipment returned from the field. 

  • Provide cross-functional operational support during employee absences to ensure continuity of operations. 

  • Perform general labour duties and other related tasks as required. 


Qualifications 


 



  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, yard, or industrial environment. 

  • Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy equipment. 

  • Proficient with power tools and hand tools; mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities. 

  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing general labour duties. 

  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. 

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently. 

  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments. 













                        Assets 



                        • Previous yard operations or shipping & receiving experience. 

                        • Experience/Knowledge within construction or a similar industry. 

                        • Valid forklift certification. 

                        • Safety training and/or First Aid certification.

                              Other Information 



                              • This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm). Work hours will vary depending on operational requirements.

                              • This position is open to candidates based in our Burlington, ON location. 

                              • Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate.
