Job Description - Warehouse + Logistics Coordinator

As Wuxly continues its growth as a leading Canadian brand, Wuxly is searching for a dedicated and results-oriented Warehouse + Logistics Coordinator to execute seamless delivery of customer orders, ensure accurate and organized storage of warehouse goods, and to respond to the fast-paced logistical demands of a growing business. The ideal candidate should be adept at optimizing time and resources spent to meet deadlines, and able to work in accordance with established processes and tools (Standard Operating Procedures, ERP system)

This position is a full-time permanent position. In-person attendance is a requirement of the role.

Location: Wuxly warehouse + offices, located at 1680 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga.

What You’ll Get Up To:

  • Become subject matter expert and brand ambassador for Wuxly and all Wuxly products
  • Receive, process, and deliver incoming e-commerce, corporate, and wholesale customer orders
  • Organize and schedule shipments of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished goods
  • Organize and schedule shipments of product, hardware, equipment for Wuxly events and tradeshows
  • Ensure internal picking, packing, and shipping processes are consistent with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to address logistics-related inquiries
  • Ensure all warehouse item movements, outgoing and ingoing shipments, are reflected within Wuxly’s ERP system
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the logistics function
  • Propose and implement efficiency enhancements to streamline operations
  • Additional responsibilities as the role and the candidate evolve

Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
  • 2 or more years in a logistics and/or warehousing role
  • Certified to operate electric powered lift truck
  • Physically able to move and climb racking ladder
  • Physically able to lift and move up to 70 lbs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Valid drivers license and consistent access to a vehicle
