Job Title: Warehouse Racking Installer 

Location: Windsor, ON

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.60

Shift: Days (7am-3pm)

Elevate is hiring 2 general labourers for a short term warehouse racking project. The work involves assembling and disassembling industrial racking systems as part of a warehouse expansion. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 days, working 7:00am to 3:00pm. This role is physically demanding and suited to candidates comfortable with hands on labour in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble industrial warehouse racking systems


• Lift, carry, and position beams, uprights, and decking


• Use hand and power tools as directed


• Follow layout instructions and direction from the onsite supervisor


• Work safely and follow all site health and safety requirements


• Keep the work area clean and free of debris throughout the shift

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for a full 8 hour shift


• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and working at heights on ladders or lifts


• Previous warehouse, construction, or general labour experience is an asset


• Basic hand and power tool experience is an asset


• Steel toe safety boots required


• Reliable transportation and availability for all scheduled project days


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a two person crew
