As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Waterproofing Coordinator to join our Waterproofing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to create, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracts
Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them to project stakeholders
Support the PM in maintaining project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Communicate key project updates, risks, and changes to the PM in a timely manner
Assist with quotation reviews to ensure fair and competitive pricing recommendations
Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders
Monitor material orders and shipping timelines, escalating risks as needed
Coordinate and execute all project start-up documentation
Maintain project reports, agendas, and meeting minutes throughout all phases
Follow up on outstanding items daily to ensure project execution stays on track
Support project close-out activities and documentation requirements
Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple concurrent projects
Ensure all team members understand project scope and individual responsibilities
Other office and coordination duties as required
What You Bring to the Team
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related construction field
Technical proficiency with construction-related software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Proactive approach to tasks, deadlines, and project needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Role Snapshot
Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
Reports To: Production Manager - Waterproofing & Restoration
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
