  • Managing technical communications and securing customer acceptance of project solutions

  • Organizing design reviews and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

  • Coordinating with project core teams to integrate Alstom solutions

  • Providing technical input for deployment, sourcing, and industrialization activities

  • Solving technical issues in collaboration with design and sub-system teams

  • Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

  • Professional Engineer of Ontario (or readiness to obtain)

  • Knowledge of urban or railway systems integration

  • Proficiency in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration

  • Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our inclusive and dynamic working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards senior technical or managerial roles

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
