MacEwan University is seeking a Web Developer Systems Analyst for a full-time continuing opportunity with the Web Architecture and Development team.
This individual will be a full stack developer who will help maintain and support MacEwan’s web platforms and integrations. They should also have a strong understanding of DevOps practices and use of public cloud infrastructure and technologies. The Web Developer Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, configuring, tuning and updating MacEwan’s web application technologies, including, but not limited to:
Supported applications will be configured and developed according to established MacEwan University standards, to facilitate future troubleshooting, upgrading and expansion. The Web Developer Systems Analyst will also advise on and suggest improvements to our standards. This role will be a strong technical resource to other areas of IT concerning web development security and explore future web and development technologies that will improve the University’s business processes and strategic goals.
