Animal Doctors Waverley, located on Bronte Road in the heart of Waverley, is an award-winning veterinary clinic that has proudly served the local community and surrounding suburbs for more than 20 years.

We are currently seeking a Weekend Veterinarian to join our dynamic small animal practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

The role:  

• GP veterinarian, seeing primary clinical cases  

• Primarily consulting however ideally you will be able to manage some emergency situations

• Hours are Saturdays 9am – 12pm

• Sole charge, with 1 support staff member

• A purpose-built, modern hospital that is conveniently located on Bronte Rd in the heart of Waverley with easy access via public transport and onsite parking.

• We aim to provide an engaging and warm energy from the moment a patient walks in

• Our clients and their pets are at the heart of what we do and we work hard to create a genuine bond with them

• Our hospital is equipped with a digital x-ray machine, ultrasound, IDEXX In-house pathology, anaesthetic monitoring equipment and ultrasonic IM3 dental machine

• A Nursing team that is technically strong and supportive.

• An experienced Veterinarian team with strong community ties

• A mixed surgical caseload, that offers variety including, but not limited to, Desexing, Orthopaedic, Dental, Complex Soft Tissue, Ophthalmic, and emergency cases.
