Indoor Pool Service Technician (Year-Round Position)

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Indoor Pool Service Technician to join our team on a full-time, year-round basis. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of delivering high-level service within private residential settings.

Position Overview:
As an Indoor Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing indoor pools located in high-end residential homes. This position requires a strong understanding of pool systems, indoor ventilation, and water chemistry, along with the ability to represent the company with professionalism and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and service of indoor pools, ensuring optimal water clarity and system performance


• Monitor and manage indoor pool environments, including ventilation systems and humidity control


• Diagnose and address equipment issues, ensuring proper operation of pumps, heaters, and filtration systems


• Provide exceptional customer service while working within private homes of high-end clientele


• Communicate directly with customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and any required follow-ups


• Manage scheduling changes or customer requests through the company phone while on-site


• Maintain consistent communication with the main office to ensure alignment on schedules, service updates, and customer needs


• Uphold a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in pool service, with a strong preference for indoor pool experience


• Knowledge of indoor pool ventilation systems and environmental controls


• Strong understanding of pool chemistry and equipment operation


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently


• Comfortable working in private residences with a high level of discretion and respect


• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to schedule changes

Rate of Pay:  $20-22 per hour
