We are currently seeking talented and experienced Welders specializing in Aluminum Guardrails to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, particularly in welding aluminum materials for guardrail systems in construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Weld aluminum guardrails according to project specifications, blueprints, and design drawings


• Use welding equipment and techniques to join aluminum components accurately and securely


• Perform welding tasks, including tack welding, butt welding, and fillet welding, to assemble guardrail systems


• Inspect welded joints and finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications


• Collaborate with project managers, metal fabricators, and other trades to coordinate welding activities and meet project deadlines


• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and welding equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Welder specializing in aluminum welding or similar metal fabrication work


• Proficiency in welding techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design drawings, and technical specifications


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy


• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions


• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures


• Valid welding certification
