Work Location:Native Shoes is a hybrid organization based in Vancouver, BC. Employees on the Sales team located in the Greater Vancouver Area are expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, with some flexibility when situations arise.

What We’re Looking For
The Wholesale Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our wholesale business and delivering a seamless experience to our partners. You’ll work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and customers are supported every step of the way.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you’ll act as a key link between teams, helping keep things organized, solving day-to-day issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to take direction and turn it into action. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating across teams, and contributing to a positive, efficient workflow.
What You’ll Do
Support the Sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate retailer meetings and manage sample organization for line reviews
Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customer service inquiries
Process wholesale orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently
Manage item setup, pricing updates, and customer onboarding across systems and retailer portals
Monitor order flow and collaborate with Operations to resolve shipping or delivery issues
Maintain accurate product information across internal tools and customer platforms
Support trade shows, promotions, and key sales initiatives
Prepare reports and assist with tracking account performance and key metrics
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values, and proactively build strong working relationships across all teams
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, merchandising, or operations within a retail environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer needs, and market dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail, particularly in data management and reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, NuOrder, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Monday.com, or similar platforms is an asset
Knowledge of retail math and product setup processes
Familiarity with the footwear or apparel industry is an asset
Interest in footwear culture and awareness of current trends
