Accountabilities

- Plan and execute co-op marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for wholesale partners.
- Manage US and Canadian marketing budgets.
- Track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Oversee in-store marketing programs and retail events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives to enhance omnichannel presence.
- Ensure marketing assets meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Analyze sell-through data to refine future plans.
- Partner with internal teams for alignment and timely execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale or retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
