Key Responsibilities:

• Performing residential window cleaning services, ensuring streak-free and sparkling results.


• Cleaning eavestroughs (gutters) effectively, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.


• Operating pressure washing equipment to clean various exterior surfaces such as siding, driveways, and patios.


• Setting up and working safely with ladders to access different areas of residential properties.


• Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.


• Following established procedures and safety guidelines for each service.


• Interacting professionally and respectfully with clients on-site.


• Working effectively as part of a team to complete daily schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.


• Ability to lift and carry equipment (e.g., ladders, pressure washers).


• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
